COMPETE AWARD - Outstanding Athlete - This athlete stands out amongst the rest in skill, competitive performance, and leadership. The time spent improving and training for competition truly stands out.
ASSIST AWARD - Coaches Character - The Athlete who is an extension of the coach on and off the place of competition. The athlete who exhibited great character during the season and exemplifies IAL core values.
