Dear Parents and Guardians of Class of 2023,

As your child nears the end of their high school career, we want to celebrate their accomplishments with exciting activities throughout the year. We will ensure the events are well planned and that all students can participate, by doing the following.
- We are setting up a payment plan to secure a location for the Graduation, Prom and Trip. Any additional costs besides outlined below will be absorbed by the school.
Below you will see the costs per event and packages you can select. All payments must be completed by April 28th, 2023. Payments can be made via Alma. For payments questions contact Raiderys Villanueva @raiderys.villanueva@ialcs.org.
Participation in all events is subject to administrative approval, contingent on academic standing and behavior. All payments made to any package selected are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given if it becomes necessary to exclude a child from any event due to any disciplinary infractions. All payments are due by April 28, 2023. Details regarding payment plans and package breakdown can be found attached.

Additional Information:
- Please note that all outside guests for prom must be below the age of 20 and IDs will be checked at the door.
- If you select a 4 person room, you understand your child will be sharing a bed with someone. All rooms will be finalized by the IAL Senior Planning Committee.
